A Year of Growth, Service and Sustainability
Tremendous strides were made in advancing our mission of empowering individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. Goodwill South Florida made a positive difference in the lives of over 7,400 individuals in the community. And, through more than 11,000 services provided, we helped individuals gain independence, build skills and thrive in the workforce.
Over the last year, Goodwill South Florida also reached new heights in sustainability, diverting tens of millions of pounds of waste from local landfills. By embracing our environmental responsibility, we continue to create a cleaner, more sustainable South Florida for future generations.
Driving Impact Through Innovation
The six social enterprises of Goodwill South Florida – Retail & Donated Goods, Ryder Apparel Manufacturing, Service Contracts, Laundry Services, E-Commerce, and Third-Party Logistics – powered our mission, generating over $200 million in revenue and contributing to over $3 million in philanthropic efforts. These enterprises not only create jobs, but they also fund vital programs that directly impact the community.
