At Goodwill South Florida, our Business Services Center is dedicated to connecting individuals with disabilities and other barriers to work with meaningful employment opportunities. Whether within Goodwill’s social enterprises or out in the community, we provide a supportive environment where job seekers can build the skills, confidence, and experience needed for success.
We accept referrals from the Florida Department of Education’s Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Florida’s Agency for Persons with Disabilities, and community walk-ins.
Job Development
Diverse talent and inclusive job opportunities are key to building a stronger workforce. The agency’s Business Services Specialists review local employment opportunities and develop potential employers through direct and indirect promotional strategies. Business professionals like you can play a vital role in creating meaningful career paths for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
Job Placement
We guide participants through every step of the job search process—from completing applications and building resumes to preparing for interviews and learning effective job search strategies. Most importantly, we help individuals maintain their employment, ensuring long-term success.
Job Coaching
Participants receive personalized coaching and support, empowering them to set and achieve their goals, overcome obstacles, and build confidence. Our goal is to foster independence and self-esteem as individuals navigate their career paths.

Our Business Services Specialists actively identify and develop relationships with local employers. Through direct outreach and promotional efforts, we help create pathways for individuals to secure employment that aligns with their skills and goals.
