We believe that if you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it. Blue Box Solutions’ advanced reporting systems provide you with real time analytics to successfully control and grow your business. We can also provide custom-designed solutions to meet unique customer requirements.
Our QMS (Quality Management System) provides In Bound, In Line and Out Bound quality audits. We follow ISO 9001:2015 procedures to ensure your product is consistently checked and verified for accuracy and quality starting from project design, receipt of product, and through fulfillment and to the end user.
Blue Box Solutions offers in-house ISO 9001:2015 certified textile manufacturing through our Apparel Manufacturing Division. We have the capability to manufacture your textiles in-house eliminating the need to import products and offer direct to retail or e-commerce fulfillment options through our Blue Box Solutions Division.
We offer multiple facilities in South Florida to provide flexibility to our customers. This includes our main headquarter facility with warehouse and solutions space in Miami, located ten minutes from both the Port of Miami and Miami International Airport. In Fort Lauderdale, we have space available for kitting operations and other solutions. We have recently acquired warehouse space to support traditional warehousing and various solutions-based services for our partners located in Miami Gardens at the Gateway Commerce Center. All of our locations are ideally located near major highway networks including I95, I-75, I-595, and the Florida Turnpike, which provides ease of access and reduces transportation costs for our customers.

Javier Fernandez
Director of Logistics
Javier came to Goodwill South Florida and Blue Box Solutions with 20 years of experience in manufacturing and warehouse logistics.
As our Director of Logistics, he utilizes his experience to lead the 3PL Division and ensure our warehouse operations are running efficiently and effectively. He enjoys finding new, creative ways to get things done, which always lead to greater productivity among the team. With Javier in charge of the day-to-day operations, we expect endless possibilities for your business growth.
Outside of work, Javier’s main priority is spending time with his family and enjoys (and occasionally buying) classic cars.
Steven Rodriguez
Assistant Operations Manager
Steven joined the Goodwill South Florida team with a desire to work for a company with a new and growing operation.
With that spark, we found him as the perfect candidate for Assistant Operations Manager under our 3PL Division. Steven has logistics training through his service in the United States Army, in which he served for 7 years stationed in various locations, including Panama, Honduras and Nicaragua. He brings structure and organization to our floor team as he guides them through our daily warehouse operations and enjoys seeing the growth and success of the team he leads.
In his spare time, Steven enjoys traveling and supporting his favorite team, the Miami Dolphins.
Juan Mendoza
Logistics Coordinator
Juan communicates with third party trucking companies to schedule deliveries and pickups for all 3PL clients.
Juan recently joined the Blue Box Solutions team and has become a key member in providing top rate service to our customers. Juan is responsible for coordinating all inbound and outbound deliveries, storage, and orders with our customers. Juan also assists in coordinating with third party transportation companies to schedule deliveries and pickups for our customers. Juan is also a lifelong Miami Dolphins fan and enjoys going to games regularly.
