The Employment Pathway Coalition (EPC) is a collaborative group of leaders working together to strengthen career pathways and expand employment opportunities for individuals served by Goodwill South Florida. The coalition is focused on building strategic partnerships, identifying employment trends, organizing work-force events to ensure pathways to sustainable employment and training opportunities.
We are seeking experienced, well-connected industry leaders who are passionate about making a lasting impact on the South Florida community. As a committee member, you will play an essential role in shaping pathways that connect job seekers—particularly those with barriers to employment—with meaningful opportunities in high-demand industries such as healthcare, technology, hospitality, retail, construction, and more.
