There are more than 480,000 working-age adults in South Florida who have a disability. Over 80% are unemployed and 25% live below the State’s poverty line. At Goodwill of South Florida, we address this challenge by providing essential job training, supported employment, skilled workforce placement, and life-supporting benefits and services for people with disabilities and barriers to work.
Celebrating our 65th anniversary in 2024, we recognize the opportunity to sustainably grow our organizational capacity and serve more people in need. Through your philanthropic support, we will deliver our transformative services to more participants and grow our skilled workforce to meet community need. We will employ, train, and support more people with disabilities and barriers to work, helping them reach their maximum potential.
To fulfill our vision, we have set a $10,000,000 goal for our inaugural three-year Campaign. During this Campaign, Goodwill of South Florida will partner with each individual donor to elevate our immediate-use mission funds, develop a strong endowment, and scale our organizational growth to fulfill our mission. The Campaign will focus on three (3) areas aligned with GSF’s Strategic Plan:

- With a celebrated legacy of 65 years, Goodwill of South Florida is set to build upon our strong foundation and scale our important work.
