This cherished tradition, first held in 1959, celebrates the legacy of Goodwill South Florida and our mission to empower individuals with disabilities in the workforce. Over the years, it has become a cornerstone event, bringing our community together to honor remarkable achievements and inspire progress.

This year, we’ll recognize our 2025 Achievers and Employers of the Year and share an exciting milestone: the unveiling of our most ambitious philanthropic initiative yet—the renovation and expansion of our Adult Day Training (ADT) centers at our Miami and Fort Lauderdale headquarters.
