NO PURCHASE, CONTRIBUTION, OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

THIS DONATION CAMPAIGN IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN FLORIDA ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY FLORIDA LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND NOT LOCATED IN FLORIDA AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

  1. SPONSOR:  This GO for Good Donation Campaign (“Campaign”) is sponsored by Goodwill Industries of South Florida, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation, with its principal place of business located at 2121 NW 21st Street, Miami, Florida 33142 (“Goodwill”).
  2. AGREEMENT TO RULES:  By entering the Campaign (“Campaign Entry”), each eligible Participant (“Participant”) represents that he or she meets all of the below-stated eligibility requirements and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, by all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations, and by the decisions of Goodwill or its authorized representative(s) with respect to this Campaign, these Official Rules, and Goodwill’s sole interpretation of these Official Rules, which shall be final. By entering this Campaign, Participant agrees to release Goodwill and prize providers, and their subsidiaries, and related or affiliated entities, and its and their past, present, and/or future directors, administrators, officers, trustees, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, insurers, reinsurers, representatives, assigns, advertising and promotion agencies, and media, including social media (“Campaign Entities”), from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of Participant’s participation in this Campaign or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Prize (as defined below).
  3. ELIGIBILITY:  This Campaign is open only to residents of Florida who are 18 years or older prior to the beginning of this Campaign Period (as defined below). Employees of Goodwill’s marketing department, together with the immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and those persons living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter.
  4. CAMPAIGN PERIOD:  The Campaign will be open between February 24, 2025 at 8 A.M Eastern Time and March 24, 2025 at 10 P.M. Eastern Time (“Campaign Period”). Goodwill’s official clock shall determine the applicable time(s).
  5. HOW TO ENTER:  Although no purchase or donation is necessary to participate, Participants are encouraged make a donation of goods at a Goodwill store or a Goodwill donation center.  Before leaving, Participants may give their name and e-mail address to the attendant, or they may enter by completing an online entry form at goodwillsouthflorida.org/enter to win.  Participants may make a bonus entry by sharing a photograph of their donation on Instagram using #goforgoodsfl and tag @goodwillsfl for an extra chance to win.    Participants are limited to one entry per person per day
  6. WINNER SELECTION BY RANDOM DRAWING:  Unless otherwise indicated by Goodwill, the winner will be selected and announced by March 31, 2025, by random drawing from all eligible Campaign Entries collected during the Campaign Period. The winner will be required to provide personal information, including name, address, email address and other information, to enable Goodwill to provide the winner with the necessary documentation to claim the Prize (as defined below). If the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, Goodwill reserves the right to award the Prize (as defined below) to another randomly selected winner.
  7. PRIZES:  The winner will receive two virtual hours of with a professional organizer, a $300 value.  Goodwill has not made and is not responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the Prizes, regarding the use, value, or enjoyment of any Prize, including, without limitation, its quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Prizes are non-transferable. Goodwill reserves the right to substitute any particular Prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason.
  8. TAXES:  The winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes, fees and other governmentassessments on the awarded Prize.
  9. CLAIMING THE PRIZE:  To be eligible to receive the Prize, the winner shall sign and return to Goodwill a liability/publicity release and an affidavit of eligibility (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Required Documentation”) within fifteen (15) days of electronic receipt from Goodwill, in a form satisfactory to Goodwill. If (i) any of the Required Documentation is not completed, signed, and/or returned within the stated time, (ii) the winner is deemed by Goodwill to be ineligible or not to have complied with these Official Rules, or (iii) the winner refuses to accept or fails to claim the Prize, then the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and an alternate winner may be selected from among all eligible entries timely received, if time permits. If a potential winner is not reachable at the electronic mail address provided to Goodwill or if a notification is returned as undeliverable, then the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The Prize will be delivered within thirty (30) days of the winner delivering the winning Campaign Entry and executed Required Documentation to Goodwill.
  10. TRANSFER OF THE CAMPAIGN ENTRY:  Campaign Entries may not be sold to any other person or entity. Any Campaign Entry that has been sold is void. All individuals who sell, purchase, or receive a Campaign Entry in violation of these Official Rules are ineligible to win the Prize.
  11. CANCELLATION; TERMINATION OF CAMPAIGN:  By obtaining a Campaign Entry and choosing to participate in this Campaign, each Participant acknowledges and agrees that Goodwill has the right, in its sole discretion, to elect not to proceed with this Campaign for any reason whatsoever or for no reason
  12. GENERAL:
    1. This Campaign is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
    2. Internet entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the electronic mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an electronic mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning electronic mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted electronic mail address.
    3. Goodwill reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or Goodwill website, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CAMPAIGN IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, GOODWILL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Campaign Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Campaign that may limit the ability to participate or by any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in this Campaign. Goodwill reserves the right to modify or cancel this Campaign if it becomes technically corrupted. In such event, Goodwill will award the Prize by random drawing from eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
    4. The Prize is non-extendable and non-transferable. Goodwill shall have no responsibility or obligation to a winner who is ineligible for the Prize or is unable to or who does not accept the Prize for any reason.
  13. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Subject to applicable law, the winner irrevocably grants Goodwill the right to use the winner’s name, voice, photograph, and/or biographical data for advertising, promotional, and/or publicity purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, in all forms of media, including social media, and Goodwill’s website, without any obligation or consideration except for the awarding of the Prize to the winner.
  14. USE OF INFORMATION: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by Participants as part of this Campaign will be used to administer the Campaign, select the prize winner and fulfill the prize, and will be subject to Goodwill’s privacy policy accessible on its website at https://goodwillsouthflorida.org/privacy-policy. If you are selected as a winner, your information may also be included in a publicly-available winner’s list.
  15. FORCE MAJEURE: Except as otherwise expressly set out in these Official Rules, the Campaign Entities shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of their respective obligations that are caused by events outside of their reasonable control. Goodwill is not responsible if this Campaign terminates or any Prize cannot be used or redeemed due to Acts of God, war, terrorism, explosions, fires, floods or other natural calamities, bad weather, strikes, riot, civil disruption, internet failures, acts of the winner, or for any other occurrences that are outside of Goodwill’s reasonable control.
  16. GOVERNING LAW. ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS AND GOODWILL IN CONNECTION WITH THE CAMPAIGN, SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO THE CONFLICT OF LAWS RULES THEREOF, AND ANY MATTERS OR PROCEEDINGS SHALL TAKE PLACE IN MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
  17. WAIVER:  BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CAMPAIGN, PARTICIPANTS AGREE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THAT (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE CAMPAIGN, OR ANY PRIZES OR OFFERS AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE CAMPAIGN, BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEY’S FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES (OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES) AND/OR ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (4) PARTICIPANT’S REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND PARTICIPANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE FOREGOING MAY NOT APPLY TO EVERY PARTICIPANT.
  18. SEVERABILITY:  The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall in no way affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of any other provision hereof. Any invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed severed from these Official Rules and the balance of these Official Rules shall be construed and enforced as if these Official Rules did not contain such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision.
  19. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLOSURE:  This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Google or any other social media, mobile application, over-the-top application, or similar platform where this Campaign may be promoted, advertised or otherwise used to disseminate information relating to the Campaign. You understand that all information is being provided to the Campaign and not to Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Google or any other social media where this Campaign may be promoted, advertised or otherwise used to disseminate information relating to the Campaign. Goodwill is not responsible for practices, terms or actions taken by any of these or other social media and web services sites. You understand that you are required to comply with terms and conditions of those social media platforms.
  1. WINNERS’ LIST:  To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope within thirty (30) days of the Selection Date to: Goodwill Industries of South Florida, 2121 NW 21st Street, Miami, Florida 33142, Attn: Show Your Goodwill Fundraiser Campaign Winner’s List.
