Why Give to Goodwill of South Florida

Join us in supporting our mission

Your gift to Goodwill of South Florida allows us to offer training, employment, and job placement services for people with disabilities and other barriers to work. Every donation we receive will help one of our participants learn a new skill, increase productivity, and achieve greater independence through the power of work.

Goodwill depends on your financial support to help transform the lives of people with disabilities by providing an opportunity to learn, grow, receive, and maintain employment.

Partner with the Goodwill Giving Circle

Goodwill of South Florida is driven to make a difference across South Florida’s population of more than 500,000 people (of working age) with disabilities and other significant barriers to work. With your participation you will help these dreams become a reality and provide a feeling of accomplishment with those we serve. We cannot do it without your help.

Since 1959, your donated clothing or goods and shoppers in our stores have helped support our robust mission of training and employing people with disabilities and other barriers to work, but the revenue is no longer enough.

While our community’s population of people with disabilities continues to grow. And, while government services often fall short of providing essential support for people greatly challenged by barriers for employment. It is critical that our special model for supported employment continues to thrive and grow in a rapidly changing landscape.
